I expected a weak performance, a bad UI, and poor customer support, but it’s worse than that. The battery cells are exposed with no real protection from moisture, debris, or oxidation. The only thing between the rider and live cells is a piece of carbon fiber, it feels like a sketchy, overhyped project held together by promises and bad design.
 
I saw one of these in person at a show and the build quality looks even worse up close.
The guy who was there with the demonstration, couldn't even make the app to connect after a few attempts.

That’s so embarrassing, if the build quality is that bad in person and the app barely works, it’s a major red flag.
