Lightning Motorcycles deposit

There's some talks about Lightning Motorcycles and sketchy deposit. People are saying they put money down for bikes but aren't getting them or their cash back. It's a gamble you might lose your deposit and fighting it could cost even more. Seriously who throws down thousands on a bike from a brand new company? A real address doesn't mean anything these days anyone can get a building. Maybe we should be sticking with well known brands for now? I don;t know.
