Lightning motorcycles a decade after pikes peak still facing challenges

It’s wild that 10 years after Lightning Motorcycles won Pikes Peak, they’re still raising funds and struggling to produce bikes. Some folks say they made the best electric sport bike, but others think it’s just a Ponzi scheme. Anyone else keeping track of their progress?

For me they seem to be in this weird spot, trying to be a small, special tech brand and a company that can grow big time, but they're struggling. If they can deliver what they promise, they could definitely be a serious competitor.
